"*Update* What Tyler fails to note on his response that I asked for help multiple times and they never provided it. I was a customer for almost 10 years and they canceled my policy (and didn’t even notify me) because their own payment systems are out of date. Look at the response and ask yourself if this is the customer service you want when things go wrong. If they can’t handle updating an expired card, how on earth do they help with anything else? Original post: Do not use Tyler Sweigart. They can’t even handle a payment update so, how on earth do they help when something actually goes wrong? I have been a customer for almost 10 years and they canceled my policy without notifying me. They updated their app and I needed to update my card info, but I had been a customer for so long that I didn’t have an account on the app. I asked for help and didn’t get it, so they canceled my policy and didn’t bother to notify me. I would go with someone who can handle a simple payment update for a decade-long customer before I’d trust them with anything that can go wrong in life."
"Thank you for your feedback. We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to provide clear communication and support. We regret that you experienced difficulties updating your payment, which led to your policy cancellation. However, our records show that we reached out more than five times to obtain your updated payment details to resolve the situation. We did provide you with the cancellation date by email and voicemail in addition to what corporate emailed to ensure you were aware of the situation prior to the actual cancellation date so you had time to provide us the needed information. We encouraged you to contact us directly because you said you were having trouble online but you never called or returned our calls we made to you. Our goal is to support our customers the best we can. We always try to go above and beyond and that’s why we reached out to you on numerous occasions, so the situation could be resolved asap. You keep mentioning we failed to help and you were not made aware of the cancellation but that is not true and quit upsetting after all the contacts we made and efforts my team member made to assist you. "

"Cortney was beyond helpful! I’ve called so many insurance companies and spoke to different agents and NONE of them were as helpful as Cortney. I had a few questions I needed clarification on BEFORE the quote and she answered them with NO problem. you know how some people have a tone in their voice like “ughh what do you want” even when I was nervously laughing she reassured me that she was in no rush and no question is a dumb question. She explained everything really well & her energy was magnificent. You can tell Cortney enjoys what she does and she does it ABOVE expectations. She is an EXPERT nonetheless and even after the quote she still gave me GREAT advice! Although I did not go with StateFarm at that moment ( I’m still deciding). just based off of Cortney’s demeanors and how she is passionate about helping her clients is ultimately making me lean to StateFarm for SOMETHING! Whether it’s auto; renters; or life insurance I just know I need someone like Cortney in my corner because she has her CLIENTS best interest.
